Dear YoGoGo-ers,
Our server instance crashed this afternoon and we had to start fresh. We were able to restore the data from a recent backup, but please check to make sure any workouts or comments you added this afternoon are still there. You may have to re-enter them.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Now I’m off to the gym because my lack of entries for the past couple days has nothing to do with the crash :-(

Today your friends tab looks a little different. You can click on ‘November Leaders’ to see all users who have worked out this month, not just your friends. If you prefer to keep it personal, the ‘Your Friends’ tab shows all your friends, whether they’ve worked out or not.
The pagination is also a little different. You skip through the ranks by clicking on the links beneath the graph. As before, the graph centers on you by default.
Greetings yogogo-ers!
Today we present two big changes to yogogo: modified intensity levels and goals!
There are now three intensity levels instead of five. The switch to three levels lets us better match the recommendations by the American Heart Association, and will hopefully make it easier to decide which level fits your workout.
Check out these guidelines for entering workouts with the modified intensity levels
On the workout and profile pages, you’ll now see a progress bar showing how well your’re progress against your weekly goal. Click the goal to the right of the progress bar to edit it.

You can edit your goal by directly setting your target number of points, or fill out a form describing the workouts you want to do each week.

Here are additional updates that we’re working on this month!
We’d love to hear your thoughts about the current updates and upcoming changes!
